If you were like me, you weren’t explicitly told how much pain you’d be in after your c-section. Of course, we all understand that we use our core in almost every moment of every day, but you don’t really get that until you’ve had surgeons slice those core tissues open. It hurts. It hurts a LOT. And as someone who enjoys my freedom of movement and physical activities like running and hiking, I was looking for any way to speed up my recovery.
