For anyone that’s ever gained a significant amount of weight, it doesn’t take much time to learn where their fat zones are. The common spots are the belly, butt, thighs, and arms, but we all know that our fat-zones can be much more…interesting. Zones like our lower legs and calves, hands, neck, and low back can also store fat deposits and WE ARE NOT FANS OF THIS.
